Hello lovely you!

I’m Nat. I’m an English yoga teacher and writer now based in southern Germany.

Yoga for me started as an alternative to the gym while living a busy, corporate life in London. When my decade long relationship ended, I dove into (and thoroughly enjoyed) the London party scene until I found myself in need of something more. The yoga classes I’d been going to once a week soon became a sanctuary for me. I didn’t know what it was at the time, but now I know it was the pieces of myself being slowly nurtured back to health. A short time after, I quit my job, bought a one-way ticket to India and completed my first yoga teacher training.

The magic of India transformed my life, leading me to fulfil my dream of becoming a best-selling contemporary women’s fiction author (you can find my books here) as well as introducing me to my partner, Simon. After travelling together, we settled in his home city of Ulm in Southern Germany where I currently live and teach.

For me, yoga is a way of getting to know who we really are, once we get past the upbringing we’ve had, the circumstances we’re presently in or the idea of who we want to be. It’s a place where we can experience inner strength, resilience, balance and freedom. My biggest passion is helping you to find yours because we all deserve to love the lives we’re living.
