Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could wake up in the morning and set the tone for the day ahead? If we could have an active part in shaping what comes our way? Well, we can! This meditation is an introduction to the principles of intention setting. Taking just 5 minutes at the start of the day to really call in what we’d like to experience or achieve, can have a huge impact in our lives.
