Yoga for Home Practice - 40 mins.

I'm super stoked to share my first yoga video with you! You can expect to work on strength, flexibility and balance, with a yummy savasana at the end. This is a practice that's great for any time of day, but especially when you might need a time-out or simply can't get to class.

Have to hand: a mat, and potentially a block (or thick book) if needed. Most important is a comfy blanket for the end relaxation - Savasana! We only get one body (in this lifetime, anyway) so please listen to it and know you participate at your own risk.
