I’ve teamed up with two of my beautiful friends, Kumiko and Jule, to invite you to a Saturday yoga brunch! For information in German, click here.
The morning will start with a 30-minute introduction to pranayama (breathing exercises), led by Kumiko - a fabulous Sivananda and Ashtanga teacher from Japan. Following that, I’ll lead a 75-minute yoga class with music, incorporating elements of strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Afterwards, we’ll brunch together on a feast of delicious plant-based food, lovingly prepared by Jule.
We’ll practice at The Shala in Neu-Ulm - a truly beautiful and welcoming space, fully equipped with mats, blocks, blankets and shower facilities. This yoga brunch is open to everyone, from complete beginner to advanced yogi. Most importantly, the idea is to have fun with like-minded people and create an inclusive yoga community here in Ulm. It will also make a perfect Mother’s Day present!

All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat and hand-towel
