Our first Yoga Brunch was such a success that we’re doing it again! So to embrace the end of summer and the beginning of a new season, Kumiko, Jule and I invite you to a Saturday filled with yoga goodness!
We will start with a 30-minute pranayama class (breathing exercises) led by Kumiko. Pranayama is a great way to invite vitality and lightness into the body and prepare for movement. Following that, I’ll lead a 75 minute yoga class to strengthen and balance the body, followed by a 15-minute mindfulness meditation. Afterwards, we’ll brunch together on a feast of delicious and seasonal plant-based food, lovingly prepared by Jule.
To take advantage of the (hopefully) warm weather, I am inviting you to my dream garden in Finning, Neu-Ulm, where we’ll practice under open skies. If the weather is bad, we will practice at The Shala in Neu-Ulm. Both locations are fully equipped with mats, blocks, blankets and shower facilities. This yoga brunch is open to everyone, from complete beginner to advanced yogi. Most importantly, the idea is to have fun with like-minded people and create an inclusive yoga community here in Ulm and Neu-Ulm.

As we’ll practice at my home, the address will only be given a couple of days in advance when the weather can be more accurately forecast. All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat and hand-towel. Wear: clothes suitable for yoga practice
