Why Practice Yoga?
Every day life affects the whole of our being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Sometimes, it can feel like these parts of ourselves are in conflict, or even independent from each other. For example, our mind can tell us one thing, while our heart says another. Or, our bodies might crave a food or substance that our mind knows isn’t healthy. The practice of yoga helps to bring these different aspects into harmony and its often the effects that are felt off the mat, long after the class has ended that make it so popular. The reasons for you to roll out a mat and try for yourself are endless, but in case you need convincing, here are just a few:

Join me every Tuesday for group classes in Neu-Ulm, suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Class duration is 75 minutes and costs 17€. For first timers at The Shala it costs just 7€. Tenner cards and monthly subscriptions are also available.

Private & Online Classes
Privates are a great way to maintain your practice if you can't make it to class each week. It's also a nice way of starting yoga without worrying about what others are doing. And, if you’re an experienced student, the advantage of having the teacher’s undivided attention can take your practice to the next level.
We'll cover your personal goals and aspirations to create a practice that’s specifically designed for you. You’ll also get a copy of your class plan to keep, as well as any notes on topics we cover.
Classes can take place over Skype or FaceTime – all you need is a device with a camera and a mat!
